Lifecore LC-985VG Elliptical, for years I have walked both outside or on a treadmill to improve groped my flexibility and cardio. The only thing I had trouble with was to understand the computer. I think the manual could be written more clearly. Once I learned the computer, I found the exercise to be fun and challenging. And when I step out of the car, my knees feel great. I feel excited and my knee is not as bad as regular or walk the treadmill. Lifecore LC-985VG Elliptical settings are such that you can customize the training for the level of skill or fitness. This may take a few sessions before you can get into a routine. Once there, it's fun to keep pushing yourself to do more. And for me, the more I feel better. I am very pleased with Lifecore LC-985VG Elliptical. I think that makes exercise fun again.

I just bought Lifecore LC-985VG Elliptical from a local dealer that I used and trusted for years. This Lifecore LC-985VG Elliptical fits me and my husband has the requirements perfectly. 1) The item price was perfect (we happened to purchase during the sale and the sales person has thrown in one extra discount). 2) The height. Our gym is in the house cellar, where the roof is only 82 "high. With me is 5'8" and my husband is 5'10 "this elliptical provides a lower step-up machines as well as reduce the minimum rebound "during use. We placed the machine between the beams floor just to be safe, but we needed. 3) Resistance. Both my husband and I are lifters (pleasure) and they need a greater resistance to get our heart rates without having to obtain RPM's up very high.
